Partnered Carrier

Below you will find a list of requirements and the links to documents you will be required to sign and return to us. All of these documents are in adobe format and require the free adobe reader to view and print them.



All Partnered Carriers must meet the following qualifications:

A. Must have an active account on Central Dispatch for 1 year
B. Central Dispatch rating score must be 98 or above
C. No Negative ratings in regard to late pickup/delivery, no call/no show, lack of communication or damages
D. Insurance company must be an A rated company in accordance with A.M. Best's global insurance credit ratings


Please submit updated insurance certificates to compliance@ecarmover.com

It is our requirement that you utilize our internal bills of lading and 3PL Driver Wireless (ePOD) system. Payments will not be made without utilizing our bills of lading and obtaining a clear signature at the destination for each unit.

You must adhere to our customers loading policies and procedures.

eCarMover.com requres manifest and signed Bill of Lading for payment.

Please submit all documents to compliance@ecarmover.com or by fax at (800) 921-8759. Brokerage hours are from 8am to 7pm EST. All documents received past 4pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Please send back the following items:

  • Copy of W9
  • Copy of Authority
  • Copy of Insurance naming our company Additional Insured with the following info: Ecarlogistics LLC 17915 Hunting Bow Cir.Suite 101Lutz, FL. 33558

Insurance Requirements areas follows:

  • 1 Million Dollar Liability
  • 3-4 Car 150k Cargo
  • 7 Car 200k Cargo
  • 8-9 Car 250K Cargo
